Great food, great service.

Worst

I was ordering from here often, until one night I ordered wings and half of them were raw, and the others were bruised, so i waited a couple of months, and then ordered from there...

One of the best in Pittsburgh 2/17/2010

One of the best pizza I've ever had. It was super cheesy and the crust had the perfect thickness. . All of the ingredients used are top-notch. Especially, the pizza sauce and cheese they used were awesome. All around the best pizza I've had in Pittsburgh, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Pros: Great food. Good value. Prompt service. more

delicious & friendly :) 2/15/2010

The service in R&B's is incredible- the guys have never once been rude and the food has always come out great. The tables have been clean every time I have gone in and I've never taken notice to any dirt or clutter in the dining area at all. They also have a pretty wide selection of food, including wings, salads, pizza, pasta, hoagies, and appetizers (all of which I have tried and love). Every person i have taken into the restaurant loves it as well, and generally they become frequent customers. In fact, the girl sitting beside me saw me writing this review and just said, ""now I want R&B's"" :) Pros: friendliest service in town Cons: none! more

Never again 5/11/2009

I was ordering from here often, until one night I ordered wings and half of them were raw, and the others were bruised, so i waited a couple of months, and then ordered from there again, this time the bread wasnt toasted, and I found a long hair in my chicken wings, when I called them and complained, they acted like nothing was wrong. Pros: Close Cons: cant understand what they say, food undercooked, found hair more

amazing italian hoagies. good greasy pizza! good prices and fast reliable delivery service! this is a great place to fill your craving for greasy italian food! the gyros leave a bit to be desired, but everything else is consistently delicious. College Clientel? 1/26/2009

Due to their location, I understand that the majority if not all of their customers are college kids. ( From observation it seems that they have absolutely no customer service as they assume college students don't deserve it...) On a break from work one of my friends suggested R&B's. She is a younger college student and has gone there a few times. I can't tell you what the food is like because on arrival- we asked if they could do ""split tenders"" which should not be a confusing term for any business operating in this day and age to grasp... The gentleman responded with a questioning grunt which I assumed was his way of inquiring. He then said- ""I'll ask but he ain't gonna wanna do it"" and proceeds to leave, and take forever... as we mutually agreed Subway a much better idea, we left- only to hear laughing in the backround- Really? Maybe there was a reason we were the only customers there during a lunch hour... Cons: Simple, Rude, Get more customer service from a McDonalds drive thru at 1am more
