First I would like to commend Quiznos on their great food and recipes. I am a student at Florida Atlantic University and am in my senior year and am thankful that our cafeteria has a Quiznos which is my first choice for lunch. However today I veered off campus to a Quiznos store #1168. The food as always was great; however I was very upset with the customer service. I am part of the email group and from time to time you guys send me awesome coupons. Today I noticed a coupon in my inbox through my phone while I was at the store. I usually do not have a problem by showing the coupon and having the cashier enter the code at other stores. Today I asked one of the employees if they accepted the coupon and the employee kindly directed me to the manager. I started to ask the manager the question and some other employee rudely interrupted the conversation cutting off the manager short while she was saying she has to staple coupons to receipts. He said that they do not accept the coupons if not printed I read the coupon it did not say anything about having an actual copy. The employee sarcastically said it's not like you are going to submit your phone. I used the restroom and then went to one of the employees since the manager was busy attending other customers and told the emloyee that the gentleman should not interupt a conversation when a customer is speaking to the manager. The gentleman emerges from the kitchen while serving customers to come scream at me that he is the owner and he can speak to whomever he wants to and the manager is his wife. I simply told him that I was directing my question to the manager to her not him. He said he did not care he is the owner. I wished him a good day. I am very disappointed with this service. Whatever happened to respect to customers? I do not mind not accepting the coupon I am offended by his sarcastic remark and rude demeanor.
