I agree with the previous writer...Poor customer service and I will not shop here anymore. My daughter bought me a coffee mug..I washed the mug by hand then poured coffee into it...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/9/2011

I agree with the previous writer...Poor customer service and I will not shop here anymore. My daughter bought me a coffee mug..I washed the mug by hand then poured coffee into it. Coffee started seeping out..there was a hairline crack down the side...I did not notice it when washing. Brought the mug back to Quirks and they told me there was nothing they could do. That's it. Nothing. I had been shopping in this store for oh so many years...and for the sake of a coffee mug, I will never return. more

Poor customer service 3/1/2011

Not shopping here anymore. When the OWNER won't stand behind the quality of the items they carry and states she has to '""think about it"" and ""contact the manufacture"" before exchanging a defective item, that's a small business owner I avoid. more

The new store has a greater selection and better quality. Great customer service. It's easier to get to by going into the Kmart parking lot because the store is not so visible from Montauk Highway. Pros: Parking, Service, Selection and Price Cons: Must wait a few minutes for gift wrapping. more
