DO NOT do business with Quirk Subaru\r \r they ""low ball"" their internet offer and when you drive in they change the price more

I have had two very positive experiences at Quirk Works service, so I assumed it would continue. On my last visit, not so much. more

I Honestly had the BEST experience at Quirk Work Subaru in Braintree!!! I was very nervous about buying my first New car, but everyone there was so helpful and friendly right from when I walked in the door- I was at first welcomed by the sales desk staff that were very friendly and polite and greeted me kindly. I felt absolutely no pressure from the salesman Tom Deianna and the General Manager Sean Ternullo, both of whom were amazing to work with. Both Sean and Tom were incredibly knowledgeable and were very helpful in answering my questions.. Arthur in the finance also at the front desk, not some back of the store finance office, was also very helpful and was able to take care of my financing in a matter of minutes, ensuring that I received the lowest rate possible (much lower than I had expected to receive)! Tom introduced me to the service manager Dan as he was walking by and we has a delightful conversation for a while. Dan was very kind and helpful in explaining the maintenance that would be required in the future (oil changes, tire rotations, Subaru loaner cars, shuttle service available, etc.). Everyone there was great and made my first new car purchase very enjoyable! I will definitely return to Quirk Works Subaru, and I have and will continue to refer all my friends, and family. more

The search was over !!! Residing in the Metro Boston area for over 30 years and have owned 4 Subaru?s, debating on different model?s vs. options let alone the 4 New Subaru Dealers that I previously corresponded with and visited. I had researched the market value of my trade in for the last 3 months and knew what car I wanted. Finally my search ended an associate at work highly recommended Quirk Works Subaru. I was not familiar with the dealership. So I called in inquiring pricing on a 2010 Outback Limited and exact color. Wow was I shocked. My call was answered professionally by Sean Ternullo, straightforward from the beginning without hesitation. He knew the inventory and gave me the price without me asking twice within seconds, not like dealing with the ?Other Dealers?i.e. put on hold, I will have to get back to you, let me talk to my manager.. I could realize he was not a salesman. With less than a 90 second phone call I was getting in my car to take a ride down to Braintree. I comfortably was able to park, have a glimpse on the inventory before I walked threw the front door to Sales without getting attacked on the lot. I was greeted upfront by the sales desk by the General Manager, Sean Ternullo of whom I spoke to before leaving to head there. We talked for a few minutes, as he had the Outback being pulled up front for me by a salesman who was honestly the most remarkable salesman that I have ever could praise in my lifetime, Tom Deianna. Even though I have researched, test driven almost took delivery two months prior, Tom Deianna was extremely knowledgeable of the product explaining the features and benefit?s of which several items I was still not aware of. Before I knew it I decided to take it home In less than one hour I have to say. All needed was a dealer that could give me an honest price upfront and a fair trade in value. I grew up working on my own car and rarely have to bring it in for repairs. Until recently I moved into a condo complex that does not allow ANY car work whatsoever. I had no choice but to find a dealership that does great work, I am very anal about who drives or works on my cars. Looking through some of the Subaru forums, I found Quirk Works Subaru as a highly respected dealership with great work, honesty, and most importantly great customer service. I needed an oil change, brake pads, brake disc, brake flush, and just to inspect things over. Made an appointment and took the car in Saturday morning, checked in with the service advisor and saw that the car was immediately pulled into the bay to be worked on. I took a self tour around the dealership and the shop; let me tell you, it was very clean. The techs seemed very professional. The shop had no oil spills, the floor was very clean. I walked to the showroom to look at the Forester, a salesman greets me, we had a small chat about the car and I was very impressed by the way he presented the Forester to me. In the end I told him that my car is in service and that I already own a Subaru. He was never at all pushy or aggressive like many other salesmen at other dealerships. The service advisor went over everything with me when the work was completed. The price for the service was very fair. I took it for a test drive around the parking lot and looked under the car, no leaks, everything was clean. Brakes work great. I am completely satisfied. went in for first service i have gone to planet subaru for years i was very shocked after reading so many bad things to find Mr OConnell very helpful and polite, he greeted me talked to me as a person not a customer nad made me feel like i was very welcomed, by the time we were done with our conversation the car was almost finished. i asked him about why i couldnt access espn. he said they dont allow access to sports on the wireless. if anything that was my only complaint. Had problems with my WRX. Took it into Quirk Works where Dan Oconnell assisted me. He was able to pinpoint my problems with his team and service my car effectively. I will take my WRX here from now on! Great Service, Great People. Didnt feel like I was robbed (as I had with my previous service company). Pros: Service Manager knew his stuff more

Recently bought a used vehicle here - they did a horrible job servicing the car prior to selling it. I've spent the last 2 months getting things fixed - big things. Head gasket, front axle, engine mounts and a tune up. No they didn't tune it prior to sale. Pros: nice staff Cons: not honest more

I bought a used Forester at this dealership in December with only 19000 miles, still under warranty. The first sign that things were not quite right is that the car was advertised as having keyless entry and yet they wished to charge us for the remote (normally two remotes are supplied with a new car). There were other little things too, but I won't get into it. The only service record for the car was an oil change. Despite my not noticing this during the test drive, the car turned out to have a very erratic clutch. I took it to Cityside Subaru in Belmont were, under warranty, they replaced clutch and flywheel and revealed that this was the 2nd clutch change (that information was available to Quirk Subaru also but they did not disclose it). I am certain that Quirk could have caught this before selling me the car. If only they had the same enthusiasm about checking out the cars they sell as they do about selling bogus warranty extentions and tire protection schemes ...
