Very rude, unprofessional office staff. I always feel like they're irritated with the fact that they need to help me. When you call, they always put you on hold, and then they act annoyed when you ask a question. When I go into the office for an appointment, I always have to wait at the window to be acknowledged, until they finish their private conversations. If you ever need a copy of a report or lab results, you have to provide your own stamp. You rarely see the actualy doctor, but instead, your vitals are taken by the receptionist, and you are seen by the physician's assistant. It's a fight to get prescriptions filled, and you have to wait months to get an appointment. It's really sad, because the doctor is great, although impatient and at times even insulting, but a good doctor nonetheless. But not worth going through the hassle of interacting with the young, rude, unprofessional young staff who represent him in his office.
