Quik Trip Laundry & Dry Clnng

I just moved in this area. I found very nice and clean laundromat, very nice people. they were very help full. HE showed me all different washer they had for me to use.The one thing impress me the most is their dryers, they dry very fast. more

I know many dry cleaners do not clean baseball hats, so I came in and asked beforeing dropping of my 6 hats. the place told me no problem, $4 a piece. I came and got my hats and they were ruined!! the bills and the form were done :( $30 in the trash!! The place didnt even feel bad, they said it was not there fault but they will tyry and fix them. Came back in 3 days-still ruined. They had no remorse and did not refund me any money. I asked if $60 was more important than making his customers happy and the owner said yes! ( I only asked $20 for each hat). I will never return! So clients beware- If your stuff is ruined they wont give you a dime back, not even the owner cared enough to save a customer. Sad wish I never did business with them. Pat's cleaners knows how to do Hats so I will go there now. Pros: cheap Cons: they dont know what they are doing more
