Paige, Sorry you had a bad experience At our shop. I personally looked at your vehicle when It wouldn't start in our service bay. The computer failed, not due to Key being switched on and off. Black Forest didn't say we were at fault. We can't control Failures of this type. Synthetic oil not used? Did they do a spectral analysis? I would like to see the report.
