My husband and I went to Hardy's looking for a Ford Edge . The salesman was fine but the Sales Manager treated us like we didn't know our butt from a hole in the wall.Then he more or less insulted our intellgence.So to say the least we took our business else where and I am sad to say I am related to the Hardy's.My grandfather's name was Watt Hardy. So no I wouldn't buy a pile of crap from them. more

Fantastic Service 12/13/2008

My close friend has bought from no one else but Hardy Family Ford for two generations, and has never spoken any word but those of praise towards their unendingly friendly service and salesmanship. Unlike many other automotive retailers, Hardy Family Ford's saleman do not stalk you as you look for new vehicles. When the time comes for my family's '95 Surburban to drive its last mile, then it is to Hardy Family Ford I will go, for there is no other to whom my patronage would be more appreciated and deserved. more

Airbag Malfunction 4/1/2008

From a dealer standpoint they do a great job. However, I had an accident last month - causing $12,000.00 damage to my F150. Hit a tree straight on! Neither airbags deployed. I hit my face and chest on the wheel. My biggest concern is if my 16 yr old was driving and he is smaller, how much injury would he have sustained? Calling Ford Motor Company I got no where. I was only looking to send photos and also bring awareness to a possible problem in general that MAY affect other F150s. \r \r Venise Gosselin more

No Sale 2/21/2008

I went in to look at a vehicle and trade mine. They are like many dealers that low ball your vehicle and want full sticker for theirs. That is exactly what happened to me and I let the salesman know that his "offer" of sticker price was ridiculous and that I had taken the time to research my vehicles value before coming in. From now on I have one more car dealer that I won't be fooled into believing that they "need me and love me". I'll buy at Gene Evans Ford instead. more

Great Service 6/14/2006

I have taken my car here numerous times for basic tune ups and oil changes. I have always been happy with the technicians and the service they provide. Usually I just wait in the customer lounge, because their service is too quick for me to go all the way back home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good Ford dealership. more

Great repair service 6/8/2006

I have taken my Ford Explorer to this dealership several times for service. The technicians are always friendly and helpful. Their is a nice waiting area too. They can usually work you in and I have never had to wait a long time to get an appointment. I feel secure in the quality of work that they do and I would use their service department again anytime. more

Hardy Family Ford is a terrific car dealer. They salesmen are helpful and honest. They don't waste your time playing games. They get right to the true price. The service department is open on Saturdays - a real plus! They do quality work. PROS: Friendly, big selection, honest staff CONS: more
