Great Experience 4/12/2011

Great experience, did some internet searching for info on the vehicles I was looking at. Went to Ford, (local dealer), because all info on F150's was excellent. I have a 1994 f150 with 239,000 miles and runs strong, so I didn't have any qualms about the truck. My transaction experience with Paul was very positive and was conducted smoothly with each of us speaking the truth and working towards providing me with a vehicle that satisfied my needs and wants. Very positive, Thanks Paul. more

We usually purchase vehicles from GMC and we use the same dealership everytime. We visited Gullo Ford and worked with Luke Jones. We explained we were not making a purchase that day, we wanted to compare the Ford truck to the GMC truck. Luke worked with us that day for several hours and answered every question we had about the options the F-150 had to offer. After visiting both dealerships, we came back to Gullo to purchase our F-150. Luke was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford product and worked with us for several days to help us find the exact truck we wanted. We never felt rushed or pressured. We were very pleased with the service he gave us and with the truck we purchased. more

Trustworthy 3/30/2011

This was one of my better car purchasing experience I have had since my 20’s and I’m 55. Brett was very professional and very articulate. His communication built a trust that I have never experienced before when purchasing any cars. I will come back to Gullo Ford again! more

Went to purchase a car and 3 hours later walked out with a headache and that's about it. Found a great deal on a used vehicle that they had under quoted. They noticed that when i went for a test drive and after a meeting with the financing department they tried to screw me to the wall. Quoting astronomical financing and monthly payments for a used vechicle. It's not like i went in to buy a 50k car....more like 16k. It's dealerships like this one that gives the good ones out there a bad wrap. Pros: Offer Ford's in dealership and that's about it.... Cons: Sales Staff more

Great car purchasing experience and a good deal on the car 2/27/2009

I went to Gullo Ford to purchase a vehicle. I live in Houston, so Gullo is a bit out of the way for me. I called ahead to see what kind of price they would offer, and got a good offer over the phone. Before I made the drive out to Gullo, I went to some local Houston dealers. None of them would come close to matching the Gullo deal, and one tried to claim that the deal couldn't be true and would not hold up once I arrived. So I went to Gullo, and sure enough, Gullo honored the quoted price. The trip through financing went smooth, with no attempts to sell us things we didn?t want or to slip things into the contract that we hadn?t agreed to. The experience was good, and I would deal with them again. Pros: Honest negotiations, good service, straight-forward purchasing experience Cons: None really, except that it's a bit far from me more
