90 minutes and $52 later, after they refused to honor my $16.99 coupon, I was handed the keys to my car after they did an oil change. Surprisingly they forgot to replace the idle air valve - the whole reason I went here. The front desk lady and her male colleague both failed to tel the guys in the back what I needed. Later i ask the manager about coming back to have it replaced and the service person lies about me never asking to attach the coupon so they could later decide whether or not to honor it. As for why it took 90 minutes, when there was only 1 other customer in there, no answer.
