John Fischer was awesome!! 10/6/2010

He went way out of his way to help me. My credit is way less then perfect, he hooked me up with a program that could help me out. When he showed me the cars that he could do for me they didn't really jump out at me. I told him that I would think about it and get back to him. I called him like a week later about a car that was real cheap. John went out of his way to call me a couple days later about some more cars that he thought I would like, this led me to check the website again to look at a Ford Focus that he had told me about. I didn't like it but the one right below it WOW. John led me to the car that I have now. He is wonderful and will do anything to make YOU happy. I will recommend him to everyone I know. This guy rocks more

My husband and I were looking for a new 2010 Mazda3 hatchback in Celestial Blue for our 18-year-old son who will be going off to college in a few months. I wanted a reliable, safe car for him more than anything else. We started our search in Colorado Springs where we live, and the customer service at Bob Penkhus was terrible. The salesman was indifferent to us and almost rude on occasion. They gave us a car to test drive that was dirty, low tire pressure, and on empty. We said ""no thanks"" and looked elsewhere. I did an internet search for the car and found Spradley Barr had one. I initiated contact through e-mail, and we had purchased our new car within 24 hours. The process was wonderful, and I really felt like they valued our business. That's the way I like to be treated when I am spending twenty thousand dollars! I will recommend this dealership in a heartbeat, and I have already done so twice already. We will be looking for another new car in a couple of years for my husband, and I already know we will be starting with Spradley Barr. Sam and Shawn were fantastic! more

I was so pleased with Spradley Barr Ford 9/28/2010

I drove by Spradley Barr and noticed the prettiest Mustang GT on the lot. I have always wanted one so I finally stopped in to go for a test drive. Alex was great as far as his knowledge of all of the technical aspects of the car as well as all of the different options that came with the car. I didn't buy it on the first drive, but he wasn't pushy about me buying the car. I did go up about six weeks later for another test drive and decided to buy it. I didn't feel pressured at all, and Napoleon Gibson who works in the finance department was also great to me...I don't need another new car for a long time, but I would for sure go back to the guys at Spradley. more

fast AND efficient!!! 9/21/2010

Internet sales is the way to go. Sam was very helpful and friendly. I filed out the online credit application and within the hour he had called an wanted to know what vehicle I wanted. He went to the Credit department told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay then called back with the good news I went down after an hour at the dealership I was driving away in my new car. more

We traded our 08' Ford Fusion for a 10' Ford Focus, primarily because of the Ford AdvanceTrack option. We wanted to be sure that we could operate our car during winter's adverse driving condition.Sam Schall did a fine job of working with us to arrange this purchase. more

Very Good Valued Employee 9/15/2010

My experience in general around car dealerships has been poor in my life. This is my eighth Ford car of the last eight my wife and I have purchased, so I like the cars. In this case, we found Zac to be exactly the kind of car salesman we would like. He was not pushy, knowledgeable, more than happy to work with us, and quite tolerant of my two-year old asking an endless stream of questions. I have never recommended a car salesman to anyone, but I feel completely comfortable recommending Zac. Nice Job! A very good, valued employee... :-) more

Found Exactly What I Was Looking For 9/13/2010

I had been looking for a truck for about 2 years off and on. I finally got to the point where i could afford one, but I could not find what I was looking for. I attended Cars com one evening and found a truck at SpradleyBarr Ford that was exactly what I was looking for and a great price too. I emailed about the truck and Paul got back to me the next day. we schedule a test drive. I love it. I was in and out in 2 hours with my dream truck. Thanks!!!! more

I TYPICALLY DO NOT LIKE CAR DEALERSHIPS AND SALESMAN-BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. NICK WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND SCOTT WAS AS WELL. THEY BOTH WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE.THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER WAS IF THERE WAS MAYBE MORE THAN ONE FINANCE PERSON WORKING SO IT WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN SO LATE AT NIGHT FOR US TO GET FINISHED UP. I had visited several dealerships and shopped at more all over Colorado through the internet, and I got by far and away the best deal at Spradley. I knew what I wanted and for how much, including the value on my trade-in, and I was able to negotiate the parameters of a deal before I stepped in which made for a smooth transaction. I wasn't a big fan of buying cars, but this was a pleasure and John was great to work with. Napoleon in their finance department was also very knowledgeable and personable, and was able to beat my credit union's rate and provide a more comprehensive warranty. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new or used car more

We were very pleased with both the new Mazda 6 and with the staff's expertise.Paul provided a very easy car buying experience and a great amount of patience. He along with Scott(Finance) constantly provided answers to our questions and provided us with a range of quotes and financing options. I would recommend both to anyone looking to buy a car. more

John Fischer was extremely helpful and understanding with us when we were looking for a new car. He was very willing to work with us and he put a great amount of effort into finding us the car we were looking for (and then some!). He offered us the best deal he could, which was much more generous than all the other dealerships we had visited. The whole experience was very pleasant and comfortable. We are very happy with our new Ford Focus. We cannot thank John enough for all of his help and finding us this great car! more

I made an inquiry on Line, was answered promtly, by email and phone. After discussing with Sam what I wanted and the problems involved with getting to that point I supplied him with the information he neede to get the deal done. He then called me and told me he had found the Truck and deal I was looking for. I went to the dealership and test drove the vehicle we singed the papers with Napolean and he finished the deal to my satisfaction. They made the new truck deal enjoyable at Spradley Barr Ford. more

One of the more pleasant car buying experiences I have had. John was a professional and made my wife and I feel welcomed.He was interested in serving our needs. He spent extra time in the deciding process to make sure it was the vehicle we wanted and followed through after the paper work was signed.
