I bought a new F-150 in January, since purchase they keys have not worked properly. It took 5 visits to your dealership to get the problem resolved. My wife got the run around from the service dept when she was by herself. It wasn't until I got the service manager involved that the problem was resolved. My truck is due a service and this event has really made me question whether or not Jenkins and Wynne should be the dealership to do it. Bruno Hughs did an outstanding job with the sales transaction and unfortunately the service dept pretty much erased everything Bruno did to make us feel like we matter
