Need training 12/17/2016

The nurse was friendly but she could use taking blood training. It never has hurt in the past but this time she must have not been on center. The bruise where the blood was taken from is substantial. more

Horrible Customer Service 4/14/2006

I have had to visit this clinic at least a dozen times in the last year and every time has been a horrible customer service experience. The "nurses" are not in any hurry to help you as the patient. I often wait over 20 minutes being the only one in the office! Also, they offer no niceities and no "I'm sorry for you wait". I just wish that they cared about their customers a bit more than they do. The place is clean and I do feel like they do a good job, but they could greatly improve! more

They can't get it right. 4/13/2006

This place is always busy so there's no good, or bad, time to come. If you have to get a blood or urine test you just have to wait. The nurses are not real friendly but they do a good job taking blood, meaning there's very little pain. The real pain is when you get the bill and they can't figure out what to do. This is a constant problem between them and the insurance company, you always have to make at least a handful of calls to get things straightened out. more
