Quenelle (kuh-NELL): 1. French Cooking. A smooth oval-shaped scoop of a soft food, such as an ice cream or sorbet, formed with two spoons. Chefs with truly mad skills can form a quenelle with only one spoon. 2. California Awesome. Artisanal, hand-made, small-batch ice cream and sweet treat creators located on Magnolia halfway between downtown Burbank and the NoHo Arts District. Specialties At Quenelle we specialize in creating unique treats including ice creams, sorbets, ice cream bars, push pops, popsicles, cookies, cakes, holiday pies, brownies, funnel cake ice cream sandwiches and more. We enjoy serving our special brand of goodness to the Burbank community. We are available on a limited basis for special events and wholesale accounts.
