Horrible unprofessional customer service 9/13/2014

They work on appointment ONLY if their appointment is running late they will take you, but once their appointment arrives they will stop the appointment with you to take care of their appointment and expect you to wait. I had been waiting for 30 minutes before they started my appointment. I received no apology and when I complained they didn't care. When I said I would not come back they shrugged like they didn't care. more

Nail Place in Painters Mills 8/19/2005

Queen’s Nails: This is a large well kept nail salon. The prices are comparable to other salons in the area. They often have coupons in the local mailers. The workers sometimes give you a short massage with your manicure and pedicures. It can get really busy on the weekend so it might help if you make an appointment. more
