5. People hear so many things about bed bugs in the news but I didn't get bedbugs, I got centipedes! At first I thought just maybe one would come in the house once in awhile? But then the more I saw I knew I had a problem. I didn't know if they dealt with centipedes but they said "if it's creepy/crawly, we'll deal with it" and centipedes have like a million legs literally. So they came to me and my sister's apartment and sprayed and did whatever they had to do. Since the problem is gone I don't have to call back but the same thing happened to my neighbor and I gave her the number here is well. more

very easy - i had cockroaches, called queens bed bugs, and they were at my apartment the next day inspecting all the nooks and crannies and spraying. the bugs haven't been back since we completed all of the treatments and followed the suggestions that the exterminator made. i didn't catch his name but i think it's a small company so there can't be very many of them. five stars from me. more

my boyfriend brought bed bugs home 12/14/2010

my boyfriend travels a lot for business and usually stays in nice places but i guess one time his company cheaped out and made him stay somewhere awful. he brought home bed bugs and it was my job as the working from home half to take care of it. i have a flexible schedule and so queens bed bugs came over the same day i called and sprayed. they followed up for a few weeks and they were really easy to get in contact with. they were reasonably priced and we are much happier now without our little creepy crawlies! more

I live in a 2 floor apartment and the top floor is a converted attic, which is where my bedroom is. I heard some scuffling at night and thought nothing of it, until I mentioned it to the super and he called Queens Bed Bugs. They came in and checked the entire place out and let us know we had a raccoon in our apartment! I didn't want them to kill it but I wanted it gone and they honored my wishes. They sealed the attic up so no more animals can share my home for the winter months and I sleep much more soundly at night. more

My name is Debbie and I have lived in the same Astoria building for the last 20 years..and never had a problem with bugs of any sort. I woke up a few weeks ago covered in bites and figured I had bed bugs! I called Queens bed bugs on the recommendation of my landlord and they came over the next day. I was so lucky they came so quickly because apparently they spread if you don't nip them in the bud right away. After just a few weeks, the bed bugs are gone and I am completely happy. Queens Bed Bugs - Best Exterminators Around! 11/30/2010

After coming back from vacation and letting friends stay in my apartment, I realized they left bedbugs behind. My boss called around for me in my panic and found Queens Bed Bugs in Ridgewood. The staff was helpful in calming me down and sending exterminators in the same day in order to get rid of the bugs in my apartment! The bill was reasonable (although I still billed my friends) and it was a pleasant experience, although nobody ever wants to come home to see bedbugs in their new Ikea bed. more
