-Anytime a retailer doesn't allow the return of unused unopened merchandise, I am wary. This is particularly the case where the sign purporting to state the store policy is only possibly visible on your way out of the store, after you have made a purchase, and is obscured by other stuff.\r
-The staff was relatively helpful in helping me put together an outfit, but once I got home I decided it wasn't for me. I tried to take it back the next day, unused and unopened, but was refused. They wouldn't even offer me store credit.\r
-In my opinion you have to have a pretty low view of what you are offering the public to have this type of hateful policy. You really have to beleive you are overcharging and not offering good service. Also that people will continue to come to your store no matter how badly you treat them. To me this rings of the attitude of someone who knows they are not providing value.\r
-I will not be going back and would warn anyone about shopping there--the store obviously things you can do better elsewhere as they do not stand behind their merchandise or service in any form.
Cons: Overpriced, rude, no returns
