Matt did a great job removing a virus from my laptop. I needed someone to fix it ASAP, I called three places today before I called Matt...he was the only one who answered his phone on a Saturday. He came out, spoke in normal language and got it repaired in a bit over an hour. I was happy with the service, happy with the price and I'm glad to now have a local computer guy to call when the next computer emergency arises. more

This is the company you want to hire. I called Matt Karls in the mid morning and spoke with him for 20 minutes or so about my issues. Matt told me he thought I had a virus and it would take about 1.5 hours to remove the infection and that he could be out in the mid afternoon. He called 15 minutes before he arrived right around when he said he would. It took him 1.25 hours to remove my virus and did a tuneup at the same time. He came in under budget and did a great job fixing my computer. Nice guy and a pleasure to work with. more

I'm glad I found this company, I have been looking for a good computer guy for a while....I no longer need to search. I hired Queen Creek computer repair to fix a weird error I had on boot up. After a few hours I had everything (and I mean everything!) on my list of ""should be fixed"" issues resolved by the owner, Matt Karls. I hired Queen Creek computer repair service to fixed my desktop that would not bootup. I figured my hard drive crashed and I told them I would pay any amount of money to get my data back. The owner came out to my house and looked at it and told me it was just a virus. It only took him an hour to repair it and he set me up with a good anti-virus program. Matt Karls is the best computer guy we have ever known. He was very patient with my elderly father and had no troubles dealing with a grumpy, deaf, and mainly rude customer. Matt's speed is simply amazing; he is able to do advanced computer functions in a way that looks very simple. Above that, he is able to teach us, the common user, how to do those same functions in an easy to follow manner. Not only do you get an expert computer guy, you get a great teacher! I can honestly say I have never seen a person teach a 96 year old man how to use email before but Matt Karls was able to (and my Dad just checked his email on his own several hours after Matt left so Matt was actually able to get my father to retain something!). I called four other places that google said was local to queen creek, it turns out they just service Queen Creek but are not actually in Queen Creek. Guess what?, the Queen Creek Computer Repair Service is actually based in Queen Creek (which is funny, because the Queen Creek Computer Repair Company is based in Chandler). Matt's was the 5th company I called, he seemed confident and sounded intelligent on the phone. I was even more impressed when he arrived ontime and promptly fixed the minor virus issue keeping me from printing. He charged me a fair price and I feel really good now that I know I have a local computer guy to call out when I have more problems. more

He really knows his stuff, he worked on two systems (pretty much simultaneously) while talking to me about software and various computer questions.
