My wife and I went for our first tats. Everyone was very helpfull. Most importantly the place was very clean. Wayne did our tats and did a great job. I was uncertain what it exactly I wanted and he steered me in the right direction. We will go back! more

I got my first tattoo from Queen City by Wayne. That tattoo turned out great and he was awesome! Pleasant people. He held a conversation with me to try to keep my mind from the pain. All over a great experience! more

AWESOME ! Just got some work there by T.C. and it is phenomenal!!! My tattoo healed in like three days with hardly any scabbing at all. He paid special attention to every detail and i'm amazed. Everywhere i go people ask me who did the tattoo and they alway say its some of the best work they've ever seen. I have tons of friends with tattoos and they are in awe of my work. Check this place out and definitely Ask for TC, he will be doing all my work from now on!!! more

This was my first tattoo mike done it and it is great. The atmosphere was great and mike was real nice. I will definitely go back if I get another tattoo. more

I read these reviews this morning, and decided they were pretty good and the place is close. So, I went there today to get a nostril piercing. I've never had anything but ears done, but I wasn't nervous at all. I went in, filled out papers, went back and he helped me picked out a stud, got it done, thorough instructions on how to clean it (even did a demonstration on my nose twice), paid, and I was on my way. I liked that I explained to the guy that I eventually wanted a hoop, so he knew to place the hole a little lower than usual so the hoop would look more normal when the stud heals and I replace it. Almost too sterile. It was very comforting watching the guy replace his latex gloves after touching something else. Everything was taken out of sterile packaging and set up right in front of me. Extremely professional and friendly. These are even people I would recommend for first-timers if they're nervous. Wonderful experience, I'll be going back in 6wks. to get the hoop from them. If I ever desired a tattoo, I'd get it from here. Pros: Very sterile, very nice, very ""do you have any questions?"" Cons: A little pricier than average, but worth it. more

Why they ever brought Larry back is beyond me! He cancels his appointments half the time and the quality of his work is terrible. I hate to put people down but when it is in a environment like this and the work is going to be PERMANTLY on your body I think the word should be spread. I mean I would want to know. And like the lady said below Jake's way of talking to people is sometimes very demeaning. This use to be my shop of choice but the owner has definatly lowered their standards when hiring artist. I went back to get my tattoo touched up and JAKE was the one who did it and was supposed to touch it up. I told him what I wanted done to fix it and he looked at me like I was an idiot, like how could HIS work need a touch up???? His sh*t is too perfect to need touched up. Give me a break! Of course there were other people around and I ended up looking like a complete jacka*s with him talking down to me like I was moronic for wanting my PERMANENT tattoo touched up that's going to be on my body forever. I walked out of there unsatisfied and feeling like an idiot. I will not go back! Pros: Initial appointment went great Cons: No touch up! more

I'm currently about 2 sittings into my tattoo, that will probably take 4 sittings to complete, and I could not speak more highly of Queen City! Jake is the artist who is working on my tattoo, I chose him specifically because of his attention to detail and his ability to do delicate, beautiful tattoos. I'm getting a large floral piece on my upper arm and so far, it looks fantastic, very realistic and vibrant! Plus, he just a great guy, very down to earth and personable! Cindy, the owner and receptionist, has also been a pleasure. When she calls to confirm my appointments, or I call to make one, she is always up beat and genuinely interested in how I am doing! I would highly recommend Queen City, in particular Jake, especially if you're thinking of getting a detailed and creative piece! more

I have had bad experience at this shop, with the owner of the shop. Stay away!!!! the artist that did my tat left the shop. She would not give me his last name so I could find him. The artist was going to do a touch up on my 3 week old tat. im not sure what happened to chris, Chris were are you!! Pros: chris did a a nice tat Cons: Chris left the shop, owner was no help more
