Great Experience 7/4/2010

As one strolls the back streets and neighborhoods of the historic district, you find Queen Charlotte Antiques. What a wonderful and pleasant experience. We were greeted immediately upon entering. No one hovered while we browsed through. We did have several questions, which were answer without hesitation. We shopped other stores and returned to purchase a beautiful 19th century gilt mirror. Pros: Pleasant and knowledgable staff Cons: can't think of any more

Frightfully overpriced and rude! 6/17/2010

My recent experience there left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. A few of their pieces were in terrible condition and they still wanted three times as much as comparable items just a street over. The woman in there was terribly abrupt and rude. No thank you! I don't understand why the other reviewer considered them locally owned. They are from Charlotte, NC - that's 200 miles away. Pros: Location Cons: Many more
