Made an appointment for 10:00a.m. I'm still sitting there at 10:45 so I left... whats the point of making appointments if your not going to be seen until 45-1hr later. My time is important too. I'll be leaving this clinic... they don't seem to be to interested in keeping their appointments with their clients. more

Doctors and office staff seem more interested in socializing than offering medical care. Doctor dismissive of patient concerns and office staff unable to make a copy of an x-ray requested by another doctor (I went to another physician after this bad experience) because their copy machine wasn't working. When asked if it a copy might be available the following week, the receptionist shrugs and mutters ""Don't know, call and see."" Avoid. more

No waiting at all really (3 people ahead of me)- Walked in and only waited 10 minutes to be taken back by the nurse. Scott, the P.A. came into the examining room abut 5 minutes later. I've waited for an hour at other dr offices (even when I had an appt.) I received excellent care...breathing treatment, allergy shot, B-12 shot and refills all taken care of...very caring people! My whole family are now patients of Scott and his team. more

New Doctor David Chen does not meet my expectations as a Good Doctor. I went in because I had a bad breathing problem related to Asthema. Told him it hurt to breath. He listen to five breaths and say very interesting and walked out, never to be seen again! I was given a prescription for cough syrup, pain med, and antibiotics - followed this for 30 day and it did not help. I wrote that I was unhappy with his service on the bill - 30 days after making the payment with my note on the bill - NO RESPONSE. They do not care. I have been going there once or twice a year for the past 8 years - THEY DON""T CARE!! Think twice and do more research on thsi place. I will not go back and I will tell everyone about my experience!! more

walk in with a smashed index finger, doctor blodgett was more nervous then I he did not have a nurse at the time, he had to remove my nail, but was so shacking that he had to pinch my finger several times for a local anaesthetic, it was very paintful, when he pull my nail I had to ask him to stop few times It was very paintful, He seem to not know what he is doing, I'm very disappointed, no nurse, so the gentle man who took my x-ray was doing everything.
