Worst

I would highly recommend using someone else if you need repairs to your HVAC. These guys, their workmanship and customer service are terrible.

Daniel from Qualtech was the one who came here. He really treated me well! He made me feel like I was getting a good deal and was a really nice guy. I felt comfortable and felt like he was giving me the best there was to get for the least amount of money. more

Satisfied Customer. 8/26/2015

This was the first time I used Qualtech Heating & Cooling. They did a routine maintenance inspection in March. The service went fine, but they did not resolve a strange knocking noise my AC condenser was making. The technician was supposed to get back to me, but never did. Other than that, I would recommend their service. more

I absolutely would recommend Qualtech Heating & Cooling. Our HVAC system stopped working and they fixed the issue. Their staff was very professional. They came the same day, worked quickly, and cleaned up after they finished. more

Quality work at an affordable price! 6/1/2015

I needed someone to come out and fix my gas heater unit under the house, and I was having difficulty getting anyone to come out. When I called Qualtech Heating & Cooling the person I talked to said it would be no problem, and they came right out. He brought his assistant with him and they were in and out faster than I could close the door behind them! They were very personable, and the people at Qualtech are just very nice people. The price was affordable, and they were there for me when no one else would do it. more

Qualtech is fair, honest, and accurate. 5/27/2015

I have been using Qualtech Heating and Cooling for a year and half. I quite like them. They were fair, honest, and accurate with their quote. They were clean and fast. When there's been an issue and I've called, they've been prompt in coming out. Even in the winter, when we didn't have heat, they would come in the evening to help us out. They don't play around. One time, he came and did a few adjustments quickly and didn't charge us. They are on time, professional, friendly, thorough, willing to listen, and courteous. They gave us excellent recommendations. When I did my research on them, I couldn't find anything better. They weren't trying to gauge us or sell us anything cheap. They told us their opinion and were honest about it. They have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. more

I don't normally do reviews like this, but Qualtech Heating & Cooling is too exceptional. They can't be better. I've always believed the price to be fair. They always show up on time. They are easy to reach, and I even had an emergency during my last job and they arrived within two hours to fix it. They are proactive, and they don't sell me things I don't need. Their suggestions are valuable and make absolute sense and valuable.We moved in here last year from Germany and are used to German craftsmanship and I really must affirm that they excel in every way, and I have high standards. more

Qualtech Heating & Cooling replaced my furnace and recently did a tune up on it and they're okay. Nothing exceeded my expectations, but they did what they were supposed to do and everything works good. The prices were competitive and I would use them again. more

I have worked with Qualtech Heating & Cooling for several years. They have installed HVAC systems for myself and done checkups on my parent's HVAC system. Their technicians are timely, and do what they say they're going to do. They're knowledgeable and have competitive prices. I would recommend them. more

Very Satisfactory! 3/27/2015

Qualtech Heating & Cooling replaced the air conditioner in my house and we were very pleased that we went with them. They were very responsive to our needs, came out when they said they would, and stayed in touch with us after the installation to make sure everything was okay. We actually did have a few problems and they were great about immediately fixing them. The prices were competitive and I highly recommend them! more

Very nice. 3/20/2015

This was our first time using Qualtech Heating & Cooling. We have lived in the house for 20 years. We had a very old furnace. It was built in the 80s and was very expensive. Qualtech installed a new furnace for us with even heat and no noise in our almost 6000 sq. ft. home. I just heat the downstairs, and it heats nicely enough for upstairs. It's very nice. The workers were on time, professional, clean, and fast. I would absolutely use them again. more

I contacted Qualtech Heating & Cooling and Daniel did the assessment. He took the time to explain what the process will be, discussed the pricing and timing. The assessment was very thorough and a pleasant experience getting an estimate. He also gave me a lot of education about the process. During the installation, the guys were on time, clean, respectful of my home and kept it clean. Daniel came out, checked the work and walked me through a number of my questions. more

Satisfactory Experience. 2/27/2015

I have had a decent experience with Qualtech Heating & Cooling. Recently, they installed a new furnace. Their technicians are knowledgeable, and use good products. They installed a new furnace, and the job turned out well. They always arrive on time, and clean after they're finished. The only issue I run into with Qualtech is the final price. I'm quoted one price, but it usually ends up being more expensive. more

I would highly recommend Qualtech because I received excellent service. They contacted me immediately after my request to purchase a new furnace and set an appointment to my convenience. Their salesman explained every detail and how the installation would take place. Technicians arrived on time and completed the job expediently and cleaned up after the furnace was installed and vents checked. more

They showed up on time, performed the work in a timely manner, and kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my heater. Rates were reasonable as well. I only wish my junky Amana worked as well as these guys! more

VERY HAPPY! 1/19/2015

My husband and I decided to update our heating/cooling system since it was original to our 1970's home. We contacted 3 separate contractors and based on time/cost/ and professionalism, we decided to go with Qualtech. We were given a time frame and on the start day, right at 8:00 a.m., they were at the door. Work began immediately and the entire crew worked endlessly and professionally. We were given a 3 day time to complete and at the end of the second day, work was completed. Daniel showed me the "ins and outs" of the furnace and throughly showed me how to set the new thermostate. We were very happy with the work that was done by Qualtech. more
