Quality Window Tint

In December 2010 I had ""Quality Window Tint"" tint my windows on my 2004 Honda Civic. At first I was very happy until the first week of February 2011. Both my driver side and passenger side windows started to peel right at the bottom of the windows. They told me that I have a lifetime warrenty that covers bubbling, peeling, and fading. So I sent them an e-mail about my situation. They responded rather quickly to my e-mail and told me to call the shop and they would take a look at it. I called the shop to make an appointment and had to leave a message. So far, I have not heard any response from them and it has been a week and a half. \r \r I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE BLOWING ME OFF!!!! \r \r ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU PLAN TO NEVER HAVE A WARRENTY CLAIM!!!!\r \r ALSO, IF YOU NEVER PLAN TO ROLL YOUR WINDOWS DOWN!!!\r \r P.S. I followed every instruction they gave me. They told me not to roll my windows down for 3 to 5 days. \r \r P.S.S. This may be something that is situational with my car, but I still have to rate the company based on my experience. more

They did a great job stripping the old tint off my car and took their time to make every detail of my new tint job perfect....very happy and I will be back very soon with my wife;s VW Pros: great job, quality of tint, very friendly more

A bit hard to find but well worth the effort. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly. I expected to have to pay more for what I wanted; the price was very reasonable. My Jeep looks 100% better with the new tinted windows. I highly recommend this business. more

After Quality Window Tint did my car it looked great. Even the dealership commented on how much nicer my SUV looked with the windows tinted. The service was very nice and friendly and they were very helpful about picking it out. The film quality is awesome and I can't believe it didn't cost me much more. I always recommend them to all of my friends. more

The business might be a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. I can see now why Quality is the name. Quality all around. more
