In December 2010 I had ""Quality Window Tint"" tint my windows on my 2004 Honda Civic. At first I was very happy until the first week of February 2011. Both my driver side and passenger side windows started to peel right at the bottom of the windows. They told me that I have a lifetime warrenty that covers bubbling, peeling, and fading. So I sent them an e-mail about my situation. They responded rather quickly to my e-mail and told me to call the shop and they would take a look at it. I called the shop to make an appointment and had to leave a message. So far, I have not heard any response from them and it has been a week and a half. \r

I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE BLOWING ME OFF!!!! \r

ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU PLAN TO NEVER HAVE A WARRENTY CLAIM!!!!\r

ALSO, IF YOU NEVER PLAN TO ROLL YOUR WINDOWS DOWN!!!\r

P.S. I followed every instruction they gave me. They told me not to roll my windows down for 3 to 5 days. \r

P.S.S. This may be something that is situational with my car, but I still have to rate the company based on my experience.
