We keep coming back to QT????Our name for Quality Tune (to whom we've referred at least 10 others) because Elliot & co are HONEST! Besides being thorough, technically on top of all the "mechanical wizardry" they "tell it like it is" AND alert you to problems in the offing withOUT the "scare tactics"...merely matter-of-fact. (& we've taken cars from a [my son's 1st car] Ford Probe to a 2001 PT Cruiser to 2005 KIA Amanti to several more) They just seem to "know" & have the experience. If something is just not quite right a little after, they stand behind their work & make it so. An auto mechanic place you can actually TRUST????? Yes! QT is it! ???????? more

Stay Away 11/28/2011

Scheduled a 10:00AM appointment to get my rear differential checked out/repaired. Arrived at 9:55 and was told it would be about an hour till they get my car in, no big deal. Called at 12:30 and they said they still hadn't got my car in and said it would be within the next 45 minutes. Called again at 4:00 and they said your car is the next one in. Showed up at 5:30 after i got off work and my car was still parked in the same spot, they never even took a look at it. Stay away, they don't keep appointments and lie to you. more
