They care about their customers 2/27/2014

I have been using this Quality tune for many years, and they have always been terrific. Whether it is for a routine oil change, or a breakdown they have been there for me and got my car back on the road as quickly and without extra expense. I can't say enough about their great attitude and professional service. I highly recommend Quality Tune on Tudor Rd. more

oil change and information 2/17/2014

They did a oil change and mid-winter checkup. Unfortunately, I have to take the car in the morning. Oil is dripping from the drain plug and tighten it down but it is stilling dripping. I figured the Tech forgot to change drain plug gasket. I am not happy!! more

Amazing.... 11/17/2013

I popped in with a turn signal problem and a trickey tail light that I did not have the tools to fix. I explained that I had an appointment in 45 min. They turned me around in 20 min and only charged me 20.00 for parts and labor. The opposite tail light went out the next day.... 20 minute turnaround (and they were busy) and 10.00. I have been going here for years... these guys are smart and very fair. The owner is usually there and I have always been impressed with the service and price more

Excellent Service - Great Price 10/17/2013

I walked in with a burned out tail light and in 20 minutes I was out of there. I couldn't change it myself and had to be at the doctor's in an hour. The job required a Torx screwdriver, which I didn't have and I couldn't even find the screws to start with. The owner, I think Kelly, only charged me $20 and I was really taken back. He also fixed the cargo light, which I didn't know was not working. I'll be back! :>) more
