I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left...

Reliable neighborhood auto service 4/28/2015

My 07 Prius (100K miles) was sitting in the garage for a few days, un-driven. When I tried to start it, the battery was dead. Quality tire was able to come by around an hour after I called, in spite of their busy Monday schedule, and jump the car. I drove to the shop and they tested my battery and said it tested fine. They charged me only $25. They're the best! more

Another positive experience! 4/28/2015

Needing new tires for our CX9, called Quality Tire - got a very competitive price, quick turnaround, and in&out service. Have to mention the trust factor though. When I was asked if I wanted the alignment checked (no charge unless something needed to be fixed), I naturally thought something would need to be fixed. Surprise - they showed me the report and everything was green! They really do care for the customer! more

Always great service and no "surprises", I trust their judgement. I like how they let you know ahead of time, things that might be starting to go and quotes on the prices to repair them. Easy to talk with and as a woman, that is important. more
