""Quality"" Property Management is rude, and unprofessional, nothing about this company is ""Quality"". They would not pay for repairs after the house was broken into (back door kicked in) a 2nd time, I was told that they will buy a door, but I had to pay the labor (by law it is the landlords responsibility). The house was broken into the first time, we requested permission to install an alarm multiple times over 3 months, they finaly allowed it, and putting my familys safety first, I paid for it myself.
Standing water against the house in the back yard for the 2 yrs we lived there, was overlooked even after constant complaints, still there. Dry-rot and a rust like substance at the front door was never given any attention, even after we contacted them about it multiple times.
All in all, DO NOT rent a home from this company. If you get burglarized, they will do nothing to repair the damage. you will call and call to get misc. repairs done with no action. they are rude and unprofessional. when it came time to get our deposit back, they nit-picked over 2-3 small items (a dirty shelf, a set of blinds, etc), when we basically gave them an $800 ADT Security system. you will give your 30 day notice, turn your keys in on the 1st, they will assure you that they will get to the house and contact you by the 5th to clean anything, but sit on the keys, finally getting into the house after 2 weeks, those 2 weeks could have been used by you, to clean anything they wanted to nit-pick over. If you don't mind being ignored, pushed aside, receive RUDE service, and made to feel like your a pain in the @$$, go ahead and rent from ""Quality"" Property. BUT if you want to have a great experience, with a property management company that cares about its tenants .... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! ! !
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM ""QUALITY"" PROPERTY AS POSSIBLE.
