I am a regular customer of the Quality Car Wash on a weekly basis. I went to the Quality Car Wash and received the worst customer service. On 09/27/08 at approximately 1:00 p.m., and was greeted by a young asian boy who asked me what wash I would like. I told him the super deluxe with everything included. I handed him my keys to my vehicle and he stated that I should leave them in the vehicle. I did leave the keys as instructed. I was in the waiting lobby when an employee came in and asked for me. He said he needed my keys, I explained that they were in the vehicle. He said the keys were locked in my vehicle. The manager came out and said to the asian boy ""she needs to figure it out for herself"" and he never did speak to me again or acknowledge me. My husband had to take off of work go to our home and get the spare key and bring it to me. I was treated so rude by the manager and the blonde staff on the front desk, for a mistake that their employee must have made. But, a good manager would have apologized and stated that it did not matter who or what was at fault, that he would stand by his company, get my vehicle open, as well as offer a free car wash for the day. This would build customer service, and a good reputation within the community. I will never bring my vehichle back to Quality Plus Car Wash, and I plan to tell all my friends to not go there. I will make sure all of the people that work with me are made aware of the lack of service provided by your company and the rude employees you hire.
