I can't say enough good stuff about Quality's professional plumbers. If you are looking for a plumbing company who is fair and professional, this is the company you need to call. Now my experience, long story short - I am a senior citizen alright NOW I needed a new Water heater. So I called this plumbing company because the word at Elmhurst and Bensenville car shows I have heard nothing but good things about these guys. So I called these guys. I am a senior citizen and I believe I was treated fair. I had Filemon at my house, he confirmed yes your water heater needs to be replaced. So I asked ""How bout it can you replace it and install it now""? Yes Sir I can. Real professional company. Now I have a new water heater, as Diane told me on the phone Quality only supplies and installs Bradford white water heaters - they are made here in The United States. Diane spoke to me with an old school professional manner. The whole experience all the way from Diane to Filemon great experience, old school service. So word on the street Quality being the new go to Plumbers, Yea buddy that Is the truth. Thank You Gentleman for treating my home like your own. Excellent work!!! By the way my new water heater, what a honey a real beauty (Quality supplied and installed). My new plumber - They have met my every expectations. The water heater comes with a 10 year warranty - parts, labor and tank. Now what other plumbing company is going to stand behind their work like that! more

These guys are great! I own a building in the Chicago area and my tenants called me in a panic on Friday night with an emergency that their toilet and bathtub were overflowing with sewage. I called Quality Plumbing and they were not only professional but they were out to my building within an hour. They explained everything from the emergence dispatch fee (of course, it was a Friday night at 9:00 pm) as well as the cost of the work upfront to not only my tenants but to me over the phone (I am located in Minnesota).\r \r I had paid another company two weeks prior to Friday night for the same problem and they were no where to be found and obviously, did not fix the problem the first time. Quality Plumbing Services did an awesome job and will be on my speed dial from here on. more

Last night I called Quality Plumbing Services because my sewer was backing up. It was very late so I was surprised when a live person answered the phone on the first ring. He was very professional and they got a plumber to my home quickly. The plumber who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem right then and there. I will now call Quality Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future. more

The ceiling in my recently finished basement was dripping water in three different places. I had no idea where the water was coming from, but Wally and John walked in (first putting on the blue shoe covers to protect my floor), looked under the kitchen sink upstairs, and knew exactly what to do. They fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up beautifully. The office staff actually answered the phone (no machine), and called back promptly to let me know when the guys would arrive. I'll be calling these pleasant and knowledgeable men again! more

John and Wally came to my home last week because my bathroom faucet would not stop dripping. They gave me a price before they did anything, they didn't charge me to come to my house and they fixed the problem right away. They were very professional and clean. more

We called Quality Plumbing because our garbage disposal was leaking. They came out and not only replaced by disposal but also found another leak in a pipe we did not know about. The plumber did a good job and fixed our other leak at no additional charge. Their price was good and they were very professional. more

My husband called Quality Plumbing because a friend at work said they were good. We knew we needed our sewer repaired because we saw it was broken outside the foundation wall. Quality came and gave us a free estimate and were much more reasonable than 3 other companies we called. They were thorough and cleaned up our yard better than when they started. We will never call anyone else. more

I called Quality Plumbing last week for a clogged sewer drain. I had nothing but a great experience from the first phone call I placed. The office staff was great, they called when the guy was on his way, he did a thorough job and cleaned up afterward. Their pricing is fair. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Quality! more
