When I had originally rented from them I had explained to them my situation to have a roommate to move in with me. I explained to them that he did not have the best credit and was unemployed, but he had no criminal record or anything of the sort and was just a guy I was helping to come look for work to rise above his situation. They told me beforehand that it shouldnâ¿¿t be a problem with a cosigner as long as he didnâ¿¿t have a criminal record and did not have outstanding accounts with other renters. When we submitted his application when he was ready to come down they denied his application based on a scoring system they had never mentioned and said he didnâ¿¿t even qualify for a cosigner.I pleaded saying I would give a bigger deposit and or pay more in rent. This is a guy who owes less than 500 to collections and like many of us fell on hard times in the recession.\r
After not being able to negotiate any kind of terms with them I learned about their draconian rental policies
