I have never had any problems with this company. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even when I am paying my rent I hear them with other customers and on the phone with others and they are always trying their best to help them out. They have always been upfront with their policies and fair. I don't understand how you can't get how they work unless you just don't read or pay attention to whats in the lease agreement. It's common sense. I plan on renting here for a long time to come because they are QUALITY!!!!!!! more

When I had originally rented from them I had explained to them my situation to have a roommate to move in with me. I explained to them that he did not have the best credit and was unemployed, but he had no criminal record or anything of the sort and was just a guy I was helping to come look for work to rise above his situation. They told me beforehand that it shouldnâ¿¿t be a problem with a cosigner as long as he didnâ¿¿t have a criminal record and did not have outstanding accounts with other renters. When we submitted his application when he was ready to come down they denied his application based on a scoring system they had never mentioned and said he didnâ¿¿t even qualify for a cosigner.I pleaded saying I would give a bigger deposit and or pay more in rent.
