This is very nice to stay at if visiting Yosemite. It is clean, comfortable, has a good free breakfast, free computer, friendly staff, and a nice pool. The price is good. It is 45 minutes from the Yosemite gate but the ride is lovely. Leave for YP at 7 AM and there will be no wait or crowds or parking problems when you arrive. Pros: null Cons: null more

I was very impressed with this hotel. Good location if going to Yosemite National Park (1 - 1 1/2 hour drive depending on traffic) and very close to restaurants/shops. The staff was friendly and customer- service oriented. Rooms were a little outdated but extremely clean and very comfortable with all the creature comforts (complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries, etc.). The free continental breakfast was outstanding with eggs, freshly made waffles, cereals, pastries, bagels and a good selection of juices and other drinks. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the walls in the rooms are quite thin, so felt the need to whisper/be very quiet and keep tv volume down (we could hear our neighbors pretty well). The hotel is located off of the main drag so it is quiet yet it's within walking distance of restaurants. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. The only problem we had was working the a.c. remote control. Pros: null Cons: null more
