Very professional 5/9/2012

I do agree with some of the most recent reviews that I read. I have stayed at Quality Inn Hotel, Lebanon (original construction early sixties) many times in the past and agree that it was going downhill fast. When I stayed at the hotel in Dec. 06, thought it would be my last. Went back March 07 and discovered that the hotel is now under new ownership since Jan 07, and what a difference. Major renovations to the rooms (at least in the tower) and also no pets in the tower. The room was very clean, w/new carpet and paint. The interior of the elevator was recently wood paneled. The service I received was very professional and I was given a very reasonable rate. more

Look forward to seeing them 5/2/2012

Right from when we entered the lobby at 5 am. after 7+ hours on the road, the staff went out of their way to get us a room as it didn't appear they would have one. They even called to other hotels to see if they might have a room, but as luck would have it we were able to secure a room for the two nights we needed it. From that point on it was like being at home as the staff offered helpful suggestions for local dining; sightseeing; shopping, etc. The hotel itself was well appointed, clean, central, and offered a continental breakfast that could only be described as a buffet you make yourself. By and large a room is a room - it is the staff that makes your stay. Will we be back, you bet. We have to make special mention of Becky and Jalynn who were terrific and we look forward to seeing them very soon. more

Good staff at a good price 4/26/2012

We just stayed for six nights. After reading some of the reviews we were leary, but our son who lives in the area said to give them a try. We're VERY glad we did! more
