I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and would not recommend it to anyone. I arrived in the Utah for a business meeting and the area was convenient. Checking into the Hotel was very easy. I was helped By James. He was GREAT, courteous and gave me all the info I needed to know about the area. Going out of his way to mention a few choice menu items I might want to try out at a local restaurant. Not to mention, scheduling a cab for me. . I got to my room everything was as expected for the price I paid. On Checking out I had the worst experience EVER at any Hotel. There was a billing error on my room and I had been charged twice. Not only that, But they were charging me more than what was previously agreed upon. I asked the front desk personnel about the rate charge and the extra charges. Anna (apparently the manager at the Hotel) was very rude to say the least. Instead of helping me with the billing error she chose to argue the point with me. Stating it was my fault. I was forced to get her the receipt and showed her how much was quoted before and that only 1 room was booked. She stated that the rooms were pre-paid and there was nothing she could do. I was forced to call the Corporate Offices to get one of the charges off my card. I wouldn?t recommend it unless you want to add headache on your list of things to take on. I would highly recommend that the guy that checked me in get a raise and the lady that checked me out get Fired or find another job that doesn?t involve people at all.
Pros: Great Service when you check in
Cons: A kick in the butt and the walet when you check out
