We found this hotel in a coupon book from the rest stop. The rate was very reasonable at right at $50. Check in was fast and pleasant. Lobby area neat. more

The pros of the hotel are: (1) very basic hotel but was clean; (2) price of $70+ per nite was reasonable; (3) staff were very plesant and helpful and accommodated me in my last minute request for a room near the front of the hotel (to avoid the train noise I had read about); (4) a continental breakfast was included; (5) there are several restaurants within walking distance including a Denny's and a McDonalds across the street, a Burger King next door and a diner a bit away.; (5) the bed was very comfortable. The cons of the hotel are: (1) the hotel is not within walking distance of the historic part of St Augustine. it is located at 1111 N. ponce De Leon (US 1) which is about 2-3 miles from ""town""; (2) Noise may be an issue. The train tracks are in the rear of the property. Friends stayed in a rear room and reported that two trains woke them in the night. Trains did not run hourly as reported on this site (at this time). Our room was in the front of the hotel and we were were on the first floor. The traffic on US 1 could be heard but it was not bothersome to us--it may be for a light sleeper. more

I had a very nice stay at The Quality Inn in St Augustine. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby and dining area was filled with beautiful original artwork which was a nice surprise. I would stay here again and also recommend it to family and friends. more

We have stayed here several times and always had a great experience. The first time we stayed there, I was a little leery because it was so inexpensive compared to alot of the other hotels in the area. more

The room was clean the staff was amazing. The pool was cool and hot tub was amazing after a long day walking around the town. We enjoyed our visit to St Augustine. I never heard the train thought it was there. more

This hotel was in a great location, only a short walk to the Old Town Trolley Tours main office and information centre. The Pool was great for our two children. Our room was a good size and breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and helpful. more

the hotel was just fine, clean, had a friendly staff. we only heard the train once. while not in the center of the historic part of st augustine, it was a short drive. you could walk, just have to cross a busy street, then walk several blocks. the pool was nice and clean,? more

This hotel was very nice...the breakfast was exceptional..lots to choose from...the pool was beautiful & huge...I suggest this place to families traveling with kids..it was great value & close to walk to all the attractions..I will def stay here again more
