Jamal G. is an amazing salesman and person. Super friendly, knows the product, and very knowledgable. The demonstration was amazing!! He conducted himself in a professional manner, but made my family relaxed at the same time. He displayed the products and explained the uses extrememly well. Good demonstration/ Hard sales tactics 8/29/2016

We are happy with the water filtration and softener system that we got. John is very friendly and a good salesman. The demonstration itself lasted WAY too long, he came at 7:30 and didn't leave until after 9:00pm. There was a lot of time wasted in him trying to convince us to buy the whole system by financing for 5 years at a crazy 17% interest. In the end as a last ditch effort he told us about the option to lease the system for 2 years for a fraction of the cost. Had all the options been laid out from the beginning it would have saved us a good 45 min at least. The system itself is really great and so far we are happy with it. more

Steven S. came out and he was great , he explained everything to the detail , the plans he offered us was great and we understand it would be great for us , he is a great team member and he know this product , the demonstration couldn't have been better , if all employees are like Steve , you company have great potential , I am sorry we were not able to take part in this wonder water system but our financial status is off right now , but maybe later we can come back to this product , I thank Steve for coming out , and he was great. Replacement RO System 6/20/2016

Ken B. answered all questions to my satisfaction. He then promptly installed my replacement RO system and left everything clean and in place. The original system lasted fifteen years with only annual filter replacements. That says much about the quality of the product. They made a wise choice in naming this Company. more
