Trustworthy, customer service oriented business 5/14/2012

We have been with Andrew Greess for atleast 15 years and I think for us, and for others I have spoken to, his forte is service. His quality of service is great, for instance, if something happens over the years and we need a diaphragm he has always had the part in the stock...and if I call before 2pm, I can have the part in Tucson by the next day. He keeps our spray equipment running at all times. He is extremely knowledgeable and has always guided me in the right way and when you deal with a lot of salespeople tend to sell prodcuts they are trying to get out of storage but not with Andrew and not with Quality Equipment and Spray. Very trustworthy service. more

Fantastic and easy to deal with. 4/18/2012

Quality Equipment & Spray was truly wonderful. I dealt with Andrew and he was very helpful. He showed me the steps, what pieces I would need for the best quality, and also everything that was necessary to carry out my project. He even drew me a sketch to remind me of the steps, which made it very easy for me. In addition, their customer service was wonderful and they did a great job communicating with me. more

Quality Equipment lives up to their Name 3/25/2012

My electric power spray rig assembled by quality equipment has been maintenance free for 1 1/2 years now, great pump!I've had nothing but great service, friendly assistance, and their willingness to get whatever I need is wonderful. I would recommend Quality Equipment to all. more

From the begining Qspray was completely helpful selecting the appropriate equipment for my service needs as well as walking me through technical questions. Adrew Greess in particular went above and beyond answering numerous phone calls and emails making me feel even better about my purchase knowing that they still had my best interest in mind after the sale. They always have what I need when I need it. They always deliver things on time. If there are any issues with the products you get from them, they are great about servicing them. more

Excellent product, excellent service 1/10/2012

I ordered a flashlight with video capacity as a Christmas gift for my wife, who takes our dogs on long walks in the evenings. Rob from Quality Spray tracked the parcel and kept in touch for over a week until it arrived. The product was of very high quality. more

I'm a big fan of Quality Equipment & Spray, they are a very good company. When I initially bought my equipment and supplies I needed, they were very helpful and thorough with me. They wrote down everything that I was buying and included all of the warranty information. They were up front and informative with me every step. Even though they are located in Phoenix, AZ, and I'm in Tucson, AZ, I'm willing to take a day off of work to go there for maintenance and repairs, just because I think so highly of them. Good work within a really quick turnaround time! 11/16/2011

Quality Equipment & Spray has always been really good to me. Even when I go in at the last minute, they always try to fit me in. I've been dealing with them for several years now. From the front desk to their mechanics, everyone there is great! Andrew, Ken and Steve are just a few of the guys I deal with there and they are all very helpful and really good at their jobs. They've even stayed late for me a couple of times. If I've ever had a problem, they'll take care of it quickly. Made my idea for our trucks a reality. 10/14/2011

My persona experience with Quality Equipment & Spray was that I worked with them closely in delivering some service-side, truck-mounted delivery systems to get through the larger jobs more efficiently. I came to them with a general idea and Andrew and one of his guys helped sort of turn that into a reality. Beyond that, we've of course purchased smaller things over the years from them, parts and things like that, but this was the first large equipment purchase we made through Quality Equipment & Spray for the trucks. more

I have been working with Quality Equipment & Spray for the last five years, and every experience has been great. The quality of their equipment is top notch, but they also have fantastic customer service, which has really impressed me and kept me coming back. I've been very pleased with the staff, and it doesn't get any better in terms of the product. The last time I dealt with Quality, I didn't know quite what I wanted. They were very willing to try out different things and to help me strategize. They went out of their way to accommodate me on last minute changes, which was very helpful and meant a lot to me. Bring your business to Quality, and you can expect them to be straightforward with you. Quality Equipment & Spray stands behind their work! 8/18/2011

I have been doing business with Quality Equipment & Spray for a long time. I was working for another company at the time and they were using Quality Equipment & Spray too. I make 90 of my chemical purchases and get all of my equipment from Quality Equipment & Spray. They have what I need. They make the latest technologies available and notify you when the new chemicals come out. Andy makes sure everything is working properly. I get the equipment I use from him, and Quality Equipment & Spray also manufactures their own spray rigs. The last one I had was just redone, and it was twelve years old. It lasted for a long time. The quality is very good and I've been very happy with them! They used to work on Saturdays until two to three years ago, which I'm a little disappointed with, but it must have been for economic reasons. They'll say what they do and do what they say. They stand behind their work and are very convenient. If you need something from Quality Equipment & Spray and they don't have it, they'll get it for you. more

I have been utilizing Quality Equipment & Spray for all my equipment needs for years. Andrew Greess and his service team have always done a great job for me and always have gotten my equipment repaired quickly and correctly when necessary. Andrew always makes sure that when I'm making a large purchase that I know I'm getting what I need, he spends time with me to review the actual needs and expectations that I have for my equipment and helps me get the right piece of equipment the first time. Real savings when you look at the whole picture! more
