to our defense on displeaed homeowners,anytime we recieve a service call if the product was installed after a 1 year peroid service work need's to be done by the window manufacture as stated in all warranties whom ever this homeowner is that need's the warranty work please contact me so i can help assist you through this process 608-432-3100 but my hand's are tied this is how the manufacture warranties their work..as for the 1st complaint we are a ""bonded"" company so no we dont use x-cons lol all employee's do go through backround checks and drug screeing just so you are aware..not bad i would say 14 years in business and thousand's of pleased homeowner's with only ""2"" complaints most company's would pay for a record like our's we are a proud family business who does and always will strive for the best intrest of the homeowners but the one homeowner with their complaint was very correct about one thing ..WE ARE THE LOWEST PRCE IN TOWN.. so thank you homeowner for that ""GREAT"" compliment..Tom Quality Energy Experts
