Just found out yesterday these guys ripped me off three months ago. I called them because my remote stopped working and a service person came out. He told me my two sensors were bad and replaced them for $65 dollars per unit. total bill over two hundred dollars. Then he took my remote and got on a ladder and reset a switch, or so he pretended. Same problem happened yesterday and I called a different company and turns out the remote programming just had to be set again with one button while pressing the remote. The could have walked me through this on the phone but quality door decided to rip me off instead. These guys are criminals. more

NOT HONEST AND EXPENSIVE! This place is a rip off and not honest. its was 45.00 just to come out, I live just two blocks away from their location, and than I was told I needed a new remote, it was 50 dollars I gave the person six twenties by mistake and employee didnt tell me but had the nerve to give me the 1.22 change that I was owed, if I had given him just 100.00 more
