Last month I went in for a regular cleaning and to talk about veneers, which I eventually had done on several of my teeth. To my dismay, one of my back teeth was so far gone that I had to have an implant, a dental implant. Not what I was expecting from an annual check-up but it feels great, everyone was extremely nice and I couldn't be happier with my smile. more

what is an implant 1/20/2012

When my son asked me, "mom, what is an implant?" I had to ask him why he wanted to know. He said, "cause Daddy said you probably need one for your bad tooth!" While Daddy moved his belongings to the guest bedroom I called the good doctor and made an appointment. Long story short, my tooth is great now and Daddy's settled in to his new environment. more

My girlfriend told me about dental implants over two years ago but I put off looking into it. I just couldn't get past the idea of how they are , shall we say, "installed". My teeth got so bad that I finally had to go have them looked at anyway do I looked for a dentist that offered dental implants just in case. Best thing I ever did. more
