Quality Care Medical Ctr

Our insurance assigned us to Mark Bibler, but we will be switching to another PCP asap after one visit. The office is shabby and visibly dirty -- dirty floors, dust everywhere, torn seats, magazines from 2004 (this is 2010). The exam room was just as bad -- a huge rip in the exam table (how do they sterilize exposed foam?!), dirt on the floor, chips in the cabinets and countertops. They told us it would be ""a few minutes"" ... then we ended up waiting 1.5 hours. We were told ""10 more minutes"" about every 30 minutes. When I complained, the MA was incredibly rude. We finally had to leave to pick up my younger son and come back. We eventually saw a PA for about 5 minutes, 3 hours after our initial check-in. Rude staff, incredibly slow service, unsanitary office and exam rooms. more

I contacted Quality Care to sch an appointment; Front Office was very rude, bad attitude, hung up in my face: Front office very unprofessional ;should be more strict in hiring process ; Front office came across as gangland; tatoos on fingers and visible facial marks; Tried to contact Human Resource but dead end. more

I experienced a delay getting into the busy Vista Office without an appointment, but was greeted by an exceptional reception staff. I ached from head to toe and had a 103.9 temperature. Dr. Jeffrey Yusim was extremely thorough, took the time for xrays and urine tests; His thoroughness found a severe lung infection and bladder infection; The follow up additionally found cancer of the thyroid plus a mass on the neck requiring surgery and cancer treatments. Undetected pnemonia coupled with the cancer was a dual life saving experience. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Yusim and his staff. more
