At my request, James offered a second opinion on the repairs recommended by the dealership. He found no evidence of their issues but did identify an oil leak that required attention. That repair was made quickly and at a very fair price. In other words , James did what he always does: provide excellent and fair customer service. more

More quality work by quality people. 10/4/2013

Check engine light came on. So I stopped in to see what the problem was and if it was serious. Turns out, I had a leaky radiator hose which had nothing to do with the check engine light. Both problems fixed in good time at a reasonable cost. more

To the rescue once again 8/4/2013

Almost home from being out of time all week and saw that the temperature gauge was suddenly heading north. I immediately turned and drove to Quality Automotive where they efficiently and immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. The service once again was stellar. more
