EXTREMELY helpful!! From the moment I walked in, they were hospitable and helpful, but not pushy. Every employee there seems knowledgeable and passionate about car stereos and installation, and they are all willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for. The gentleman who helped me did not just walk away when I told him my price range, like the people at Car Toys did, and he worked to get me the best deal possible. While installing, they even fixed a preexisting problem with my door panel for free. Everyone here is willing to go above and beyond what is expected to help you. Needed a new stereo system, navigation, window tint and security system installed in my 94 Camero. The first thing i noticed was no one was pushy. They asked what i was looking for, gave me a couple suggestions and let me do my thing. They worked with me for about a week after numerous issues came up ( needed new speakers and had battery issues though no fault fell on them). They could now do my back window tint although they tried numerous times and even though they could not do it they contacted a third party that could do it and only charged me what their price would have been even though the third party was slightly more expensive. After all installation was complete i had a battery issue that they checked out for free even though it had nothing to do with the work they had done. Everyone was friendly and professional and completely worked around my schedule. Customer satisfaction and quality work was what they emphasized the entire time i had my car there and their work is amazing. Very highly recommended. more

Quality Auto Sound. went in to buy a system was unaware of their practice of pricing their items at way above their competion.\r was sold a system and a different on was put in. many lies told to me re quality and price. basically was a scam to gain higher profit than even the exorbitant profit already made. very bad. had to cancel and dispute to gain any satisfaction, and even then not a good deal by any means. very highly recommend going to one of their competitors who offer a regular retail not hugely inflated. very unreputable in my opinion and it seems in others also. hard to understand how they stay in business would never recommend and will go out of my way to inform anyone of their bad practices. do not imagine they get many repeat customers. any informed buyer would not buy from Quality Auto Sound.
