The shop owner/manager will try to sell you unneccessary repairs all the time. Unfortunately, I went along with it the first few times. But seriously, how many times can you go for an oil change on a 3 year old Toyota and leave paying over $200 for other repairs? I finally didn't take his word for it and took the car to my cousin (who lives too far away to be my regular mechanic). In short, I didn't need the repair at all. The worst part about this place is the shop manager's attitude. When I told him that I wasn't going to get my muffler replaced (the one I didn't need to get replaced anyway), he absolutely flipped out. It got so bad that my daughter started crying and one customer actually walked out. I would only recommend this place if you were looking for a circus act. If you do go, be prepared for a crucial repair!?
