Damaged my wheels 3/12/2010

I had my high end 20" wheels in to have new tires installed. I brought them in, clean and waxed. In excellent condition. When picking them up they were cover with dirty wash water dried. The worst part is they have small pit marks and several scrapes through the chrome. Spoke to the manager Curt Varner and denies the damage happened there. He did not take the time to examine them when I dropped them off. And is saying the chrome is being damaged by the castings. I have owned them and cared for them and looked at them when dropping them off. Not only did he not look at them before the work he did not look at them after even after I specifically requested they use care. They scoffed and that attitude seem to be the norm when dealing with customers... He would rather threaten a court fight instead of looking to what inhouse could have caused the damage.
