Excellent repair work. 12/4/2015

We have had to take a vehicle or two into Quality Auto Repair in the last couple years. Mainly for wild animal collisions and most recently for our vehicle being keyed.. The work they do is absolutely amazing. You could never tell where the damage occured even taking into consideration that our vehicle is a hard color to match and the damage covered the entire side. I stronglly recommend Quality to anyone that asks. more

I had some significant damage to my vehicle and Brian and everyone at Quality was excellent. From the reception and estimate work to the quality of the the body repair and painting...it was first class. Would recommend in a second. Great job more

I have used Quality Auto Body several times before. They have done several different repairs for me ranging from: repairs on my front bumper, side panels, and the rear of my car. They are very good to work with. The service is excellent. They do their work pretty quickly, and I have always been happy with the outcome. I have never had any issues with them. I feel like they are honest about their work and recommendations for what needs to be done. I would definitely recommend them. more

Best body shop in Menomonie for quality and service. 10/28/2015

This is the only body shop I would take my vehicles to for repairs. The repairs are always done properly. I have used them several times and the work was always excellent. I have recommend them to all my friends. They kept me in the loop during the repairs to my vehicle via e-mail with photos of the repairs in progress. more

The mechanics at Quality Auto Body do exceptional work. I've had them do three repairs on two different vehicles so far. The most recent repair was incredible; the repair was not even noticeable and it looked like new when I picked it up. Their rates are great for the value you get. The quality of their work has always made me go back. more

Wonderful service 10/12/2015

Quality Auto Body Inc. did really great work. They cooperated really well and I'm very satisfied. I hit a deer and they did several repairs. They worked underneath where it broke the plastic piece where the fog lights are, repaired the bent brackets on the driver's side, and replaced the turn signal light. They provided quick service and gave me a loaner car in the mean time. The car was ready to go when they said it would be. Insurance took care of everything minus the deductible. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They explained the options and the process. They told me that if I had any problems to just bring it back and they'd take care of it. Of course, I've had no problems since and they were super. more

Very customer oriented. 10/12/2015

I was involved in a car accident, and Quality Auto Body took care of everything for me. They gave me a loaner car while they worked on my car for about a week. They were very pleasant to deal with, and helpful in every way. I was absolutely pleased with the outcome of the work on my car; it looks brand new! They were easy to deal with, honest and upfront; and they do wonderful work. I would recommend them to anyone. more

VW Repair 10/1/2015

Brought my 2013 TDI Passat in for deer collision repair. Repairs were completed and car looked great. Upon returning home I noticed that the drivers mirror was not able to move with switch. Contacted Quality Auto Body and they said they had tested it and was working after repairs were competed. Brought car back in and they ordered new switch that did not fix issue so they got us a loner so the car could be taken to VW and be repaired. Turned out was a problem with mirror motor that was intermittent from deer collision. I was very pleased with the commitment to getting the job done right. This is not very common these days. Great job more
