I had my car for less than a week and I unfortunately got into an accident. When I called Mercedes they told me to call Quality for the repairs, I didnt think twice since I the dealer are the ones who refered me to Quality. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my car back and I kept getting the run around and they kept telling me they were waiting on parts. When I finally got my car back there was a huge stain on the bottom of the passenger door that was supposedly brand new. I will never use Quality again and I have no idea how they have all these good ratings if they couldnt even fix a mercedes C300 correctly. more

Our Porsche Cayman needed body work. Where to go? Ray Catena suggested Quality Auto Body. I visited Quality and their place was huge; they were working on at least 100 cars. They are obviously a very successful operation, very professional. They did a good job calling me with status updates and keeping me informed. After 15 years of driving, I've never let another car or object so much as breathe on any my cars. Low and behold after a year of starting life in NJ, I'll be having to make my first insurance claim. Quality was not an identified preferred body shop from my auto insurance, but I desperately needed to find a place that would fix my Mercedes right to exactly what it was before my door and fender got smashed in. The biggest concerns on my mind were body panels alignment and paint fading. Now that I've received my completed car back, I can assure that the lines down to the hood, door cracks, and fender connectors were spaced precisely, from comparing left and right sides of the car. I could not detect any differences on the gaps, and even under the hood all the connection points were flushly screwed and mounted. Time will tell for the paint, but Quality's Limited Lifetime Warranty will cover any non-wear-and-tear paint fading for the life of the car. They took some time to explain to me how the largest factors in paint fading are surface and paint quality. They also explained to me the several qualities of paint, and told me that they will use the highest grade paints. My satisfaction and perfectly restored Mercedes are the direct reflection of Quality's diligence, who fought and feuded with my insurance that my car be repaired with only OEM parts rather than Aftermarket. Of course, my insurance would insist that my car be repaired as cheaply as possible, but they would not have it. He pre-emptively ordered both OEM and aftermarket parts to physically show my insurance's appraiser the huge differences in quality. My insurance would eventually agree to the full OEM estimate. My vehicle would be in Quality's care for 3 weeks for the complete process. I was never in the dark, because they would call or text me daily about the progress of the car and dealing with my insurance. I always offered my help to deal with my insurance, but he insisted that he could take care of it and he did. My car is now sitting in my garage as good as new. If you are looking for a place to fix body damage on your Mercedes, I would look no further than Quality Auto Body. I'm pretty happy to find such a great place. more

I had my Audi recently in Quality Auto Body when I hit a pole after swerving for a deer in the highway. My car was ugly after the accident with airbags deployed. Quality sent their tow-truck to come get me which was very much appreciated. When my car was returned to me, it was in perfect condition. I had no complaints either about the service or the quality. Those of you that know me know that I LOVE my Mercedes and take pride in keeping this car looking showroom ready. When I was struck on the side, I was horrified and violated! Damage was rear door and quarter. Google directed me to this place even though I've passed it thousands of times. I first stopped in to get a feel for the place and the people. Met with Chuck, took some mental notes, and then proceeded to shop around. A few weeks later, I opted for this facility because they made me feel comfortable and did not try to cover my eyes with magic tricks. The entire process was completely professional and up front. It was a bumpy ride with paperwork issues because of the other person's insurance company, but nothing that Chuck couldn't take care of. They let me stop by daily to check on the progress and even take pictures. They were very helpful in explaining the process and showing me how parts were removed, cut, fixed and replaced. Chuck called me frequently to keep me in the loop. Anyone that makes follow up calls really cares. I tried desperately to find a flaw where they cut & mended the metal, but I can't see it even though I know exactly where it is! The paint is smooth and swirl marks look factory. Nobody can tell I was even in an accident! The professional customer service and detailed craftsmanship makes me willing to come here again and again (even if I have to pay cash out of my own pocket).
