This is a pathetic place to live. The landlord we were renting from was rude, unprofessional, and didnt give two cents about what we were saying. They hung up the phone started becoming acusitory when we asked how we could get out of our contract early. We have paid out rent on time, we dont have one complaint agianst us here, the apartment is clean and spotless. We even offered to pay for the time we would have missed if they required it. But instead they just got rude, and hung up the phone with out even listening to our conserns about living here, and starting acussing us of trying to skirt them. Then they told us that after october that their rent was going up by 10%. Our apartment is old, and outdated, it didnt even have a smoke alarm. We have lived here since november and they have not made one improvment to this apartment, but they are going to raise the rent! Rediculous. I would adivse eveyone out there not to rent form 4665 apartment k. more

Poorly Structured, unhappy residents, 11/29/2010

There has been deliberate and vindictive vandalism unsolved and a trap for those that purchase, there is no recourse in a state of duress. What they have done is paid careless individuals by the hour that do not report to the association increasing and compounding factual problems. They would do better without that setup or placing individuals with integrety and gratitude, the basis of mass amounts of observators and complaints. Do not walk into that hole, There is knowone but the distructured element that feed on the situation. Consider San Marino, and some reputable places for your options. more

Quality of Service Going Downhill 3/9/2010

I have lived on top and bottom floors here. Noisy geese that crap all over the sidewalks. Forget about it ever getting cleaned up. Pools and hot tub constantly shut down by health dept. When your lucky enough to get access to the Hot tub and sauna, count on them being piss warm. Vehicle theft/burglary seems to be popular here. You'll have neighbors that slam thier poorly maintained doors. The mailboxes are next to the the walls of the bottom units, and you get to hear the mailman slamming them everytime he comes! Noisy car alarms from near by Walmart. The floors creak above you. If you live on a bottom floor you can here your nieghbors water running above you loud and clear. A nieghbor turned me into the office for running bath water. There was no rain gutter, so i was kept up all night to the sound of water running off the roof and splashing into a puddle of water next to my bedroom window. Alot of the units here have old, outdated, hardwired smoke detectors from the late 70s, that you can't audio test for functionality. No exaust vents in any of the units for the dryer, so lent and dust just accumulates all over the utility closet, making a huge mess. Yeah this place is a real jewl, let me tell ya~ Cons: Noise, Crime, and Poor Access to Amentities more

The site needs to be tenant interactive!!! 9/11/2008

There are a lot of problems never heard by the powers at be at Quailbrook East in Salt Lake City by the tenants and owners of there individual units. Opening an easy way to express ones grievances as well as to commend certain good or great acts within our community might bring our neighbors closer together. Solving issues quickly and quietly! We the community would hope you turn on a community bulletin board to enrich communications between the association, owners and renters! Cons: No interaction with owners at your closed board meetings. more
