Quail Woods At Live Oak Plantation

I came across this posting with my daughter because she is looking for her own place to move.\r \r I have lived in the same unit on this property for 11 years, and yes the property has had its ups and downs, but it sound to me like the problem is not the property, you have only lived there for 8mo and you already have missing vertical blinds.....the lady up stairs from me has lived here for 13 years. I have never had any problems, the office has been through many maintenance and managers, but I believe it’s to make thing better. more

I have lived here almost a year. I had to make a quick move and it was cheap. Shortly after I moved in, about 2 weeks, a drug dealer was shot in my parking lot and died. The outside lighting is horrible. Very dark and scary out there.\r Maintenance and repairs are nightmares. I don't have screens to any of my windows or sliding glass door. One of the cabinets is missing a shelf as well as the freezer which I have asked for and never gotten. Two of the windows are missing panes for the blinds which allows passer byers to see into my apartment. The solution was to bring panels into my apartment and leave them on the floor, uncut. 8 months later they still lie on my floor. \r My dishwasher broke in the middle of a cycle two months ago. Water is still in the dishwasher and mold is growing. No solution on that as well. I wrote to corporate and was promised a solution but still none.\r There has been mold growing on my windows and walls and no one has rectified that problem as well. more
