Only the best for my pets! 3/24/2011

I'm the proud owner of 5 cats, 2 dogs, 2 birds, and a snake. All of which I am able to bring to Quail Hollow Animal Hospital for anything! The Care is the best that I have seen, they are polite and understanding. They have a wonderful boarding facility that my dogs and cats love to come to for the day(bath time) or my vacations. I have no question that they are recieving the best care possible, and the attention they would get at home! Amazing staff, the docters are sincere and caring, you feel at ease when you bring your pets in, it's never a long wait and my questions always get answered! Best Vet office ever, this family considers ourself luck to have found these guys! Stop in for a visit, make up your own mind, i did and havent went anywhere else since! more

got too expensive for us 8/27/2010

we have been taking out pet the quail hollow for almost 7 years and have been very satisfied with the vets and the staff and the services. however over the past year we have noticed that the fees have been steadily rising. we recently got a quote to have a growth removed from our pets left side. it is similar to a wart on a human. it is not cancerous, so they told us. they quoted us $650.00 to remove it. I thought that was a bite out of line, so I went to 3 other vets in the area for other opinions. The average cost was $320.00 for the exact same services. We will spend whatever it takes to keep our pet healthy, but we feel "taken advantage" of. When I called to ask them to send me my pets records the person did not even ask WHY we were not going to be coming back to Quail Hollow.. more

Compassionate, Caring and Knowledgeable 3/13/2010

As a volunteer with Florida Boxer Rescue, for over six years I have taken many very sick dogs to Quail Hollow Animal Hospital. Dr. Goss spent three years designing and building this new state of the art facility, then staffed it with compassionate, caring and knowledgeable vets and techs. I seldom make recommendations, but have no qualms in highly recommending Quail Hollow Animal Hospital to anyone looking for someone to care for their pets. Everyone Smiles 3/2/2010

I had my first experience at Quail Hollow Animal Hospital and saw Dr Collinsworth. She is a young, sweet and knowledgeable Doctor. She cared for my Dogs and that means alot to me. The receptionists and pet nurses were very polite and happy. My experience was relaxed and that is not always the case with Vetrinary practices. more

The best care for my pets 3/2/2010

I have been bringing my pets here for close to 5 years. The Doctor's and staff are friendly and always remember who my animals are. They have a very nice facility and everyone seems to genuinely care about my two dogs. I would highly recommend coming to this practice if you truly care about the wellbeing of your pets. I went to a lot of vets in the area before I went to Quail Hollow. They have been treating my dogs ever since, and I won't go anywhere else! They are extremely competent, and take excellent care of my dogs. Pros: Excellent vets and staff, clean hospital Cons: None more

Wonderful Experiance 2/24/2010

I recently had to visit Quail Hollow after a dog fight left my girl all beat up!!! The doctor was very caring and understood that i didn't have alot of money at the time to work with. Best in the area 2/24/2010

Quail Hollow Animal Hospital is the best hospital in the area. I have never been to a vet that cares more for their patients than Quail Hollow. The Dr.'s and staff are friendly and informative and I wouldn't trust my babies with any one else. They suggest only the best care and are not out to sell me products and services that I do not need. I would highly recommend Quail Hollow to anyone looking for a good vet. Pros: informative,compassionate,convienient Cons: none more

Great veterinary clinic! 2/15/2010

We've been taking our dogs to Quail Hollow Animal Hospital for years, and in my opinion they are the best around. Dr. Goss and Dr. Tanner are both excellent vets, as well as compassionate and caring. The rest of the staff is friendly and caring, as well, and I have no reservations about leaving our dogs in their care. When my husband and I decided to sell our home and look for another, one of the prerequisites was that the new home couldn't be too far away from Quail Hollow - we weren't going to change vets! The Best Around! 7/9/2009

I recently visited Quail Hollow Animal Hospital with my dog Baxter and my cat Henry for thier annual check up. Being new to the area, I had taken a friends advice to try the hospital. I was excited to find out that I could fill out all the normal new patient paperwork ahead of time. Great Vets! 5/28/2009

I took my dog to Dr. Goss. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital and the attentiveness of the staff and Doctor. I was offer alternative treatment for my dog's arthritis such as herbs and accupuncture instead of more pills. Dr. Goss was very gentle and my dog loves her!! I was very pleased with the results of the treatments. I highly recommend this hospital! Pros: personal, caring, professional, clean Cons: none more

More concerned with the bottom line then pet care 1/6/2009

Our 12 year old cat had an episode in early Oct 2008, Instead of running individual tests to find the problem with our cat instead suggested over 3 different tests with a fat price tag. Only after we complained that maybe we could test one by one to try and narrow the problem did they submit. Also, suggested treatments we'd already had performed at an emergency vet. Pros: The office staff was nice at least Cons: Pushy doctors, lots of costly tests, holding meds hostage pending questionable tests more
