The new apartment managers are terrible, there is a hole in the wall leading to outside, that has been here for 6 days. The apartment manager never answers the phone nor has he come to fix it. If you like living in ghetto and trashy conditions then this is the place for you. Throw up and diapers in the halls and smells you couldn't believe. more

not bad but still needs work 6/16/2010

The location is great and the price is good considering it includes all the utilities. I like the new manager and i he's working hard but there are some maintenance issues he's having trouble keeping up with. Overall, it's a pretty good place to live. Pros: location, price, manager is cool Cons: some maintenance issues more

Getting better 6/15/2010

A new management company took over this place a few months ago so it's been getting better but it was really bad before. They include our utilities in our rent now which is nice. It's right across the street from the community college and right off the bus route. I work in the legends so it's only like 5 minutes away. Pros: location, management, price Cons: no pool more
